Hi, I’m Vikki and welcome to my blog!

I started this blog as a way to help people with their fitness and nutrition goals as I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, sharing my experiences and giving the best advice I could to help as many people as possible. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2015 and I’ve experienced a lot in that time, both good and bad! However, things have changed and I’m now working for the London Ambulance service, just a slight change I know! I’m still hugely passionate about health and fitness but my opinion on the fitness industry changed quite dramatically and I wanted to do something more about helping people, hence the career change! I’ve always enjoyed helping people and this just feels very right.

I’m also an online coach where I provide individual programming and nutritional advice to clients either wanting to lose weight, gain strength and build their body confidence! This is something I love doing and being able to do this alongside my full time job I feel very grateful for.
